About
I am a PhD Candidate at the School of Physics and Astronomy at Monash University. I completed my BA in 2020 and my BSc (Honours) in 2021 at Monash University. In my BA, I specialised in Ancient Near Eastern cultures, supernatural, queer and women's literature. In my BSc (Honours) I specialised in light hadron production at the LHCb experiment.
My PhD focuses on measuring particle production at the LHCb experiment. I am particularly interest in the role of Multi-Parton Interactions (MPIs) in the production of hadrons with more than one heavy quark. I am also interested in the possibility of measuring (anti-)deuterons with the LHCb detector, a measurement which has so far proved elusive.
I am also passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion, and work to make physics accessible to all people of all genders. In particular, I focus on additional barriers which women and other minorities face compared to their peers who are men.
