My Research

My work focuses on measuring particle production with LHCb experiment, which is one of the four main experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The high-energy proton-proton collisions in the LHC provide the ideal conditions to study the physical mechanisms which produce matter and antimatter particles.
These production mechanisms shed light on the basic rules which govern the formation of (anti)matter, providing information into how our universe formed. In particular, I am interested in experimental measurements that improves our understanding of the strong nuclear force which is encapsulated in the theory of quantum chromodynamics (QCD) which governs the interactions between quarks and gluons
